Saugatuck allows open container in the "social district" off Butler and Water Streets. Enjoy a beverage from one of the local watering holes and feel free to bring it with you as you walk the riverfront. Take a drive over to Oval Beach where the sand literally squeaks under your feet or head to the Saugatuck Dunes State Park for a super scenic hike through the dunes where the trees eventually open up to a view of Lake Michigan. Local wineries with tasting rooms are plentiful in the area just in case you were wanting to expand your knowledge or just experience something new.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. The pools are cleaned weekly by a professional local company. Upscale Lakeshore strives to maintain the pools in working condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control, such as heater malfunctions, excessive debris from surrounding trees (a skimmer is provided onsite to assist with the nature debris), cloudy water, poor weather conditions, etc may occur. Please note that compensation will not be provided in such instances.
We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
